This is a conventional fixed rate loan in amounts of between $20,000 and $500,000. We also have a FAST TRACK loan program where we can provide a loan of between $20,000 to $100,000 and all we need is an application and the last four months bank statements and can have an answer in 24-48 hours and fund shortly after the approval.
The application takes less than 10 minutes and funding can be available in as little as 3 days. This is a great program for clients in a wide variety of industries.
